Privacy Policy

Eprock Media & Technology Inc. (“Eprock Studios,” “we”) collects as little as possible and never sells your information. Last updated September 25, 2026.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — consultation requests, travel quotes, notify-me lists — we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. That’s it. We don’t run accounts, we don’t take payments here, and there’s no hidden tracking beyond standard analytics.

How it’s stored

Form submissions are stored securely by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to us by email so we can respond. We read every inquiry ourselves.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get visited, roughly from where. No advertising profiles, no cross-site tracking by us.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join. The Dream Team list and notify-me lists are opt-in only.

Your rights

Want to see what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email eprockrg@gmail.com and we’ll handle it.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Other Eprock properties

Our shop (shop.eprock.com) runs on Shopify and is covered by Shopify’s privacy policy there. Our federal consulting site (eprockconsult.com) collects only what you submit on its contact form, under this same policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
